Offering dedicated time and space to delve deeper into an aspect of Yoga such as: breathing, anatomy, philosophy, origins, movement, relaxation.
Workshops are either half day or full day, with varied content including: time for note taking, handouts to take away, physical work, a mix of group and individual work, plenty of opportunities for questions and answers, and time to reflect and bring it all together at the end of the session.
