Hatha Yoga Classes
In Hatha Yoga classes we work with the body, breathing, concentration, often philosophy, and always a lengthy guided relaxation. Please provide your own Yoga mat, 2 Yoga bricks, a long strap or belt, and a blanket. For those who'd like to participate in Chair Yoga please get in touch to chat about which classes, and venues, are suitable.
