Individually tailored for the person or people in the group. Each session is co-created between us – give me an idea or a focus and let’s take it from there. Examples of areas often requested are: Chair Yoga for those who prefer not to, or can't sit nor lie on the floor, undoing “computer shoulders”, stiff legs, lower back pain, stress relief, relaxation, core strength. To keep the good work going I offer a pack of prescribed things the person or group could do for themselves.
These sessions can be done face to face, via Facetime, WhatsApp, Skype or Zoom, either in your home or workplace.
